Delali Bonuedi
Senior Program Manager, Collaborative State Projects dbonuedi@hapnetwork.org Delali Bonuedi is the Senior Program Manager for the Collaborative State Projects (CSPs) at the Health Assistance Partnership. Delali coordinates the implementation of CSPs in four states per year. He has seven years of experience in public health project development and management, process improvement, monitoring and evaluation. Delali received a Master of Public Health degree in International Health and a Certificate in Management and Finance for International Health from the Boston University School of Public Health and a Master of Arts degree in Population Studies from the University of Ghana. |
Kelly Brantley
Senior Program Manager, Core Services kbrantley@hapnetwork.org Kelly Brantley is the Senior Program Manager of HAP's core services. Her responsibilities include creating and delivering HAP’s monthly conference calls, responding to requests for technical assistance, and developing and disseminating user-friendly informational, counseling, and assistance tools and resources. She also is HAP’s lead for the Montana Collaborative State Project. Kelly received an M.P.H. in health promotion and a Graduate Certificate in health policy from The George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services. |
Radha Choudary
Senior Program Manager, Web Tools rchoudary@hapnetwork.org Radha Choudary is the Senior Program Manager of SHIPTools, HAP's web-based application which helps SHIPs counsel beneficiaries, organize outreach activities, and train and retain volunteers. Radha's work involves the daily management of SHIPTools implementations across the SHIP network, and directing the expansion and growth of SHIPTools. She has a background in large scale web site design and technology education. Radha has worked closely with non-profit and humanitarian organizations, serving in an educational capacity for the past six years. She will complete her M.A. in Education this year, and plans to use her experience in teaching to influence the design and usability of web applications. |
Rachel Gussett-Williams
Director of Business Development rgwilliams@hapnetwork.org Rachel Gussett-Williams serves as the Director of Business Development for the Health Assistance Partnership. Her responsibilities include making HAP's capacity building initiatives sustainable through a combination of fee for service program development and foundation funding. Her experience as HAP's Director of National Technology Initiatives prepared her for this position where she oversaw the development and implementation of a series of web-based initiatives. To be successful, these initiatives required extensive business planning coupled with a lot of good old-fashioned TLC to make sure SHIPs' needs were being met. Prior to this Rachel worked in the non-profit technology assistance community. She has experience in web-based tool design and management, and over eight years of project management experience working on large-scale technology initiatives in the non-profit sector. Rachel has an M.S. in Information and Communications Science and an M.A. in Public Policy. |
Michael Klug
Senior Program Director, Training mklug@hapnetwork.org Mike Klug is the Senior Program Director of Training at the Health Assistance Partnership. His responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs and developing education, certification, and volunteer program development materials for SHIPs. He also is HAP’s lead for the Michigan Collaborative State Project. Mike began his career in Medicare education and volunteer program development. He received a J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison. He is a member of the Wisconsin Bar and its Elder Law section. He also serves as the public member on the Board of Certification for Emergency Nurses. |
Stacey Platte
Senior Program Associate, Program Development splatte@hapnetwork.org
Stacey Platte is the Senior Program Associate for Program Development at the Health Assistance Partnership. Her responsibilities include supporting HAP's CSP initiatives, volunteer program development efforts, and training services. Prior to joining HAP, Stacey was the Program Manager for the Michigan SHIP. Stacey received an M.S.W. in Social Policy and Aging from the University of Michigan. |
Kristi Remkus
Senior Program Manager, Outreach kremkus@hapnetwork.org Kristi Remkus is the Senior Program Manager of outreach for HAP. Her responsibilities include continuous outreach to the SHIP network, and working with HAP staff to translate SHIP needs and successes into practical tools and best practice packages that can be replicated across the SHIP network. She also leads the Vermont Collaborative State Project, manages HAP's eNewlsetter, and creates program development content, which is her primary area of expertise. Kristi received a Community-Oriented, Master of Public Health from the University of Washington in Seattle. |
Becky Scheckelhoff
Program Associate, Medicare rscheckelhoff@hapnetwork.org
Becky Scheckelhoff is the Program Associate of Medicare at the Health Assistance Partnership. Her responsibilities include creating Medicare education tools and materials, support for technical assistance requests and HAP training, and assistance with monthly conference calls. In addition to working with the Massachusetts SHIP as the training coordinator, she has four years of direct experience within the beneficiary community. Becky earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. |
Lee Thompson
Executive Director lthompson@hapnetwork.org Lee Thompson is the Executive Director of the Health Assistance Partnership. Lee has held a number of positions at HAP, most recently Associate Director. Before joining HAP in April of 2004, Lee was a Senior Research Associate at the Health Policy Institute at Georgetown University where she studied long-term care issues, including financing and informal caregiving. Lee graduated from the University of Vermont with a Master of Science in Consumer Economics. |
