Each fall SHIPs across the country gear up for the Annual Enrollment Period. Recruiting and training volunteers, counseling beneficiaries, and educating the community all take an enormous amount of time and energy. However, the early part of the year offers no holiday for SHIPs-- the MA Open Enrollment Period has begun.

Join others from the SHIP network to share your experiences during the fall AEP and the current MA OEP. We will discuss tools and tactics to assist beneficiaries with MA plan selection in addition to troubleshooting specific issues-- from plans' transition policies to the pharmacy POS system and from discrepancies in the plan finder to inaccuracies in enrollment data. Come prepared to share your tools, tactics, and troubleshooting experiences.
