Once again, we have set sail into the Annual Enrollment Period, one of the most challenging times of the SHIP year.
We know that you are busy with enrollment events, counseling sessions, educational presentations, and more. With the many changes we have seen to numbers of plans, plan structure, marketing rules, and the Plan Finder, it is a remarkable feat for SHIPs to stay afloat during the next six weeks.
On this call we discussed significant drug pricing structure changes and additional Plan Finder updates. We were especially interested to hear how the MIPPA changes to marketing have impacted agent and plan behavior as well as how enrollment is going in your state or local SHIP.
