Keep Them Coming Back:
Tips and Tools for
Motivating Volunteers

Conference Call
Wednesday, March 25, 2009
3:00 PM EST

Retaining SHIP volunteers from one AEP to the next sometimes can be a tricky task. It depends upon many factors, such as good volunteer management, recognition, and the fit between volunteers and their roles.

But, taking proactive steps to retain SHIP volunteers can be well worth the effort. In fact, it usually takes less effort to retain current volunteers than to recruit new ones! Join our March conference call to share your ideas and learn what other SHIPs are doing to keep their volunteers motivated.

What do you do to keep your SHIP volunteers coming back? We’d love to hear your ideas! You can share them with us by sending an email to SHIPhelp@hapnetwork.org.
