SHIP staff and volunteers answer questions all the time about Medicare eligibility, plan enrollment, and coverage. Often the answers to those questions are close at hand whether in a training manual, the Medicare & You handbook, or on Medicare's website.

But where do you go when the answers to more complicated questions are less clear or difficult to track down?

In our April webinar we will dig into a number of Medicare policy manuals and mine them for answers to technical questions that SHIP counselors frequently face. We will use actual cases from HAP's SHIPhelp files as the basis for this exploration.

This webinar also will be a chance to learn more about Medicare's key policy sources, and best ways to use them to find the answers you need to questions that may come up in your SHIP counseling and training.
