Each year, HAP works closely with SHIPs to prepare for the upcoming Annual Enrollment Period. We know that during this time of year SHIPs are busier than ever getting ready for enrollment season. From training and updates to new plans and new rules, fall is the time of year for big changes.
On this call, we talked about the changes coming our way in 2010. We also discussed CMS's recently released plan landscape information, reassignment numbers, and more. We have many new and updated tools that your SHIP can use to get ready for the AEP.
