This conference call was an opportunity for SHIPs to share experiences during both the Annual Enrollment Period and the current Open Enrollment Period. The stories, strategies, and solutions you shared will help other counselors address issues in their own communities.
Participants came prepared to share the good and the bad and to let the community know how their state or region fared during the AEP. As always, the stories and experiences you shared on these calls help inform HAP's future education and advocacy activities.
