SHIPTools Can Help You Manage Your Trainings!

HAP has created a Training Management Module that is now available in SHIPTools, our web-based management system designed for SHIPs by SHIPs. HAP developed these new features at the request of SHIPs who wanted an easier, more efficient way to track the initial and update training offered by their programs.

SHIP staff and coordinators can use the SHIPTools Training Management Module to:

Track training attendance, as well as the number and type of trainings offered by state or local SHIP programs.
Post training events to an activities calendar to make SHIP team members aware of training opportunities.
View a SHIP team member’s profile to see which SHIP trainings he or she has completed.
Create reports that show whether SHIP team members have or have not completed different types of training during any given time frame.
Automatically calculate the number of counselor trainings and training hours for the SHIP Resource Report.
Create certifications including any combination of face to face training, online reviews and/or other potential requirements to "certify" SHIP staff and volunteers.
Manage training activities at specific organizations or within certain regions of a state.
