Newly Revamped FAQs Available
HAP regularly makes improvements to its website to ensure it contains the most useful Medicare education and counseling content for SHIP programs. This week we are pleased to announce the newly revamped FAQ section which uses topical and frequently asked questions from SHIPhelp, HAP's technical support service.
Answers to the FAQs now come with direct links to authority language, which helps you access the resources most relevant to your work. Also, the new layout allows SHIP counselors to quickly and easily locate the relevant topics and find just the right answers.
