Take SHIPTools for a Test Drive!

HAP has created a new demonstration site for SHIPTools, our web-based management system designed by SHIPs for SHIPs. Visit the site to test drive SHIPTools and experiment with all of its reporting, training, and volunteer management features!

SHIP staff, coordinators, and volunteers can use SHIPTools to:

• Save time by entering a couple's counseling session in one client contact form. SHIPTools will save and report the information as separate forms!
• Combine in-person and online training methods, by linking attendance at in-person training to the completion of follow-up online reviews.
• Monitor SHIP team members to see whether they have completed specific requirements during any given timeframe.

This investment in SHIPTools was funded by a generous grant from the Atlantic Philanthropies. All features on the demonstration site were brought about by the participation of our SHIP partners: Iowa SHIIP, Michigan MMAP, Montana SHIP and Ohio SHIIP, as well as feedback from other SHIPs across the network.
