Let HAP Help With Your Fall Training Needs

HAP Training Topics Include:

  • Medicare Advantage: Making Informed Decisions, Resolving Enrollment Problems
  • Medicare Part D: Using the Plan Finder, Part B and Part D Distinctions
  • Original Medicare: Red Flags in Access to Care, Researching Coverage Decisions
  • Volunteer Program Development: Volunteer Management, Designing/Implementing a Role-Based Volunteer Program

As your SHIP begins to plan for update trainings this fall, the HAP training team would like to remind you that we offer customized trainings to meet the unique needs of your program. All of our trainings are designed to build the capacity of SHIPs to help Medicare beneficiaries access needed care and navigate the Medicare program.

HAP offers several training packages on Medicare and volunteer program development topics. Our training programs blend interactive exercises with real-life SHIP case studies to provide participants with hands-on application and learning. These trainings are available in-person and through webinars, and can also be customized to meet the individual needs of your SHIP. And HAP has designed these packages to enhance and supplement existing state and local training activities.

For more information about our trainings, please visit the Training section of the HAP website, or contact us directly at SHIPhelp@hapnetwork.org.

Sincerely,
The HAP Team
