July Shout Out Now Available

Questions or Suggestions?

Let us know!

SHIPhelp@hapnetwork.org

During our July webinar, Working Together to Help Medicare Beneficiaries, HAP again featured the SHIP Shout Out. The Shout Out page for July is now available. As you may recall from last month, the SHIP Shout Out is an opportunity at the end of each conference call or webinar for participants to anonymously shout out their thoughts, questions, comments, or concerns!

This month's topics ranged from HAP's Troubleshooting Medicare project to Low-Income Issues. On the July Shout Out page, you'll find our responses to questions about these topics and more. We have also posted a public education tool SHIPs can use when talking about the important role they play in helping Medicare's diverse beneficiary populations.

We are excited about your contributions to the SHIP Shout Out thus far and hope this feature continues to be a valuable addition to our monthly calls. We look forward to hearing you Shout Out on August 19, during HAP's upcoming conference call focusing on assisting clients in the Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB) program. And, if you have further questions about the information available on the July Shout Out, please let us know at SHIPhelp@hapnetwork.org.

Sincerely,
The HAP Team
