The Health Assistance Partnership (HAP) is a nonprofit, non-partisan organization. HAP's mission is to help State Health Insurance Assistance Programs (SHIPs) enhance their capacity to inform, counsel, and assist Medicare beneficiaries. HAP is a source of information for SHIPs, the health care community, and the general public. Proper attribution is appreciated.
