HAP Releases New Tool
HAP is pleased to announce a new resource: HAPSavers. Each HAPSaver is a one-page flyer providing information about technology and technology-related topics important to the SHIPs. They are designed to provide information quickly and succinctly. The first three focus on webinars:

Audio Counseling Training Now Available
Make More of Your Mileage: Medicare Advantage Counseling Scenarios is an audio tool HAP created for counselors with significant "windshield time." It presents two scenarios that walk counselors through common situations with MA beneficiaries. This tool was created in conjunction with our CSP with Montana. New SHIPTools Demo Site Available
HAP has built a fully functional demonstration site of SHIPTools, a web-based management system designed by SHIPs for SHIPs. It allows SHIP programs to maintain a database of their staff and volunteers, train and certify staff and volunteers, capture CCF and PAM forms online, run comprehensive reports on SHIP activities, and track attendance at trainings.
