
SHIPhelp@hapnetwork.org is HAP's technical assistance service, designed specifically to meet the needs of SHIP programs across the country. SHIP team members can email SHIPhelp to ask questions related to their daily work and program needs. Questions can cover a variety of topics related to the Medicare program and SHIP program development, such as training and volunteer recruitment and management. We also welcome suggestions for resources or tools to help you better assist Medicare beneficiaries.
