SHIPTools 

SHIPTools is a customizable web-based management system, developed by HAP in collaboration with SHIP programs, which engages SHIP staff and volunteers across a state. In April 2010, ownership of SHIPTools was transferred from the Health Assistance Partnership to Gradient Blue, HAP's software developer for its technology initiatives, in hopes that the application could continue to evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of the SHIP network.
