Support Beneficiary Outreach Activities

SHIPTools enables programs to do targeted outreach to beneficiaries.

The SHIP program can post outreach activities on a calendar for the general public to search by geographic location or topic. Beneficiaries can also obtain driving directions to the event.

The SHIP program can create targeted mailings to beneficiaries they have served by topics discussed in counseling sessions among others.

The SHIP program can track local organizations with whom they work and classify them by type, such as senior center, nursing home, or hospital, in order to send targeted communications on issues affecting the clients that these organizations serve.
