Train Team Members

SHIPTools provides programs the ability to test a team member's knowledge of selected subject matter, and track their participation in trainings.

  • The SHIP program can create online reviews for team members to take.
 
 
  • The SHIP program can create customized hints for review questions to point team members to reference materials.  These hints can link to resources such as documents or websites.
 
 
  • Team members receive real-time feedback on their knowledge of the Medicare program, and remain engaged in the SHIP community. 
 
 
  • The SHIP program can track attendance at face-to-face trainings. SHIPTools will use this information to calculate the SHIP Resource Report section on training.
