Customized Training Packages
HAP offers customized trainings to meet the unique needs of SHIP programs across the country. All trainings are designed to build the capacity of SHIPs to help Medicare beneficiaries access and navigate the large and complex Medicare program.
To this end, HAP offers several training packages that cover a wide range of topics on Medicare and volunteer program development. These capacity-building trainings blend interactive exercises with real-life SHIP case studies to provide participants with hands-on application and learning. The packages also use a range of delivery mechanisms, including face-to-face and long-distance learning, to help meet the budgetary and programmatic needs of SHIPs.

Training Packages
