We are very grateful you took the time to chat with us in late June about CMS's proposed Part C and D regulations. Based on input and suggestions we received, we were able to provide very substantial comments to CMS. You can read HAP's final set of comments online. We strongly encourage you to submit comments of your own by COB July 15. Please feel free to use HAP's comments. Simply change the relevant contact information and opening paragraphs to suit your needs. The process for submitting comments is as follows:

 

1. Go to: http://www.regulations.gov/fdmspublic/component/main?main=DocumentDetail&o=09000064805d5391

 

2. Click Add Comment.

 

3. Scroll Down and fill out your contact information.

4. Cut and paste the letter portion of your comments into the text box. Be sure to include your closing and contact information.

 

5. Upload your file. Make sure to click, Add Attachment.

 

6. Review for edits.

 

7. Click Submit.
